How to make Easy Potato Snack: In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk until it is steamy, but not quite boiling. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat. Stir in almond milk, vanilla, nutmeg and turmeric. Serve warm or chilled. Add rum if desired (try coconut flavored rum!), and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. |
