You can choose a medium ripe Jackfruit for this recipe, once you taste you can change the kind of Jackfruit that suits your taste. Procedure to prepare Chakka Pori Recipe Mix maida, sugar and enough water to make a smooth thick batter. Heat oil in a pan/kadhai and then dip each of the jackfruit in the thick batter and then deep fry till golden brown. Serrve hot as a tea time snack. |
