Sawaiyan Recipe on Eid



Sawaiyan recipe is a very famous and traditional recipe on Eid ul fitar. Eid is a holy event for Muslims all over the world. Mostly on eid day muslims enjoy sawaiyan recipe. It is mostly served with milk and some dry fruits. in sawaiyan recipe is served with both hot and cold milk. Thats why it is called Eid Recipe.


Ingredients
1 kg Vermicelli (Sawaiyan)
1 kg Sugar
1 kg Cream
250 gm Raisin
50 gm Ghee
1 liter Milk
150 grams Almond and pistachio


Method
First of all fry the cloves into the ghee and add into the vermicelli (Sawaiyan), when the vermicelli (Sawaiyan) becomes golden and add milk in it.
When the vermicelli (Sawaiyan) is warm then add cream in it and cook for
15 minutes, after that clean the raisin and add the flakes of pistachio and almonds in it.
When the milk is dried add sugar and astir well for 10 minutes.
When all get dissolve then add almond color and fragrant water for aroma and saffron. After 2 or 3 boils.
