Noodles Kebab


Ingredients:
1 pound chicken mince
2 cups egg noodles, boiled and crushed
3 spring onions, thinly chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup plain flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp white pepper salt to taste oil for frying
How to make Noodles Kebab:

  • In a large bowl, place chicken mince, egg noodles, spring onion, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Wet your hands, take 2 tbsp of mixture and shape into round kebab.
  • Repeat this process to all mixture.
  •  Coat kebabs in plain flour then dip into beaten egg.
  •  Now put into bread crumbs, turn to coat evenly.
  •  Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  •  Fry kebab’s for 8-10 minutes or until turn crispy and golden brown.
  •  Noodles Kebab’s are ready to serve.

 Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
