Tava Idlis



Tava Idlis


Ingredients
  • 2 leftover idlis
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

Heat oil in a pan, saute onions for few minutes till translucent,
add tomato, giner-garlic paste, turmeric powder and cook
 for few minutes.
Add salt, pav bhaji masala, idlis and mix well.
Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
